My family and I had a mixture of experiences at this hotel. The location was great, close enough to the action but quiet enough for an early night. The staff were friendly and helpful when we had issues. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, and the lack of basic amenities in the room was disappointing. We ended up having a decent time overall, but the hotel definitely has room for improvement.
